At Radical Fingerboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all fingerboard components like bushings, wheels, and tools.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided return shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
